Making A Booking

Does Goozzo.com send me an invoice when a hotel is booked?
Goozzo.com cannot issue invoices, however your booking confirmation does act as a payment proof.

What are the "taxes and fees"?
The "taxes and fees" charge shown on your booking is a recovery of the estimated transaction taxes (e.g. sales and use, occupancy, room tax, excise tax, value added tax, etc) that Goozzo.com pays to the hotel supplier in connection with your hotel reservation. It is not tax charged to you by Goozzo.com on your booking. The service fees cover the costs incurred by Goozzo.com in servicing your reservation.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. We take this matter very seriously. To ensure your security, Goozzo.com utilizes a secure commerce server, which encrypts the credit card number and encodes it into a non-usable form.

My credit card number is correct, but the hotel is not accepting it. Why?
There are a few possibilities:

  • Your card type is not accepted at the hotel.
  • The card expiration date precedes the reservation date.
  • You have reached your credit limit.
  • There is a computer error.

Can I specify where I would like my room is located (preferred floor, next to pool, etc.)?
If special requests are accepted by the property, you will ask the hotel by email.

Is the room rate per person or per night?
All rates are per room, and are quoted on a nightly basis unless otherwise specified. SOME RATES MAY REQUIRE SPECIAL IDENTIFICATION. Taxes and fees not included unless otherwise specified in the detailed Rate Rules. Extra people, children, roll-away beds and incidentals may be subject to additional charges.

I should receive a discounted rate. How do I get this?
The rates displayed are the only rates available to this site for making reservations. These rates may include government, corporate, or senior discounts. You may need special documentation at check-in to confirm you are qualified to receive that rate. Please do not expect to receive such a rate at check-in without the proper identification even if you have selected to book it online.

Is there a waiting list for sold out hotels?
No, there is no a waiting list.

Confirming a Booking

What happens when I make a reservation?
Reservation requests will result in a new screen showing an Itinerary Number, which should be kept and used with any future correspondence with Goozzo.com You may also be quoted a Confirmation Number. Additionally, all reservations will be followed up within 2 hours with an email using the same Itinerary Number and, if available, a Confirmation Number.

How long will it take for Goozzo.com to respond to my reservation request?
All reservation requests will result in a new screen showing an Itinerary Number, which should be kept and used with any future correspondence with Goozzo.com Additionally, all reservations will be followed up with an email instantly after successful payment transaction using the same Itinerary Number with the status of your reservation.

How do I check on my request for a hotel?
You may view your reservation using the "My Booking" link. Always feel free to contact us with any inquiries regarding your request. For fastest service, please include your "Booking Number" which you will receive after you submit your booking.

I don't have long to wait for a confirmation. What can I do?
Typically, most reservations are made in real time and your confirmation should only take a few seconds. You will be notified of the status of your reservation within 2 to 4 hours. However, there can be delays. In such cases, you will receive an email from us without a confirmation number. When we receive the confirmation number from the property, it will be emailed to you or you may contact us directly at info@Goozzo.com

When will my reservation be at the hotel?
Instantly the hotel will receive your reservation and after successful payment your room is reserved.

Once I have made my reservation, will I receive any written confirmation from the hotel?
Yes, Goozzo.com will send you a confirmation that payment is made and confirmation sent to the hotel, the hotel within 2 hours will send you a confirmation for room is reserved.

Cancelling a Booking

What is the cancellation policy on my reservation?
Cancellation policies protect hosts in the event of unexpected guest cancellations. Each listing on Goozzo.com has a cancellation policy, chosen by the hotel. We strongly recommend reviewing all cancellation policies before making reservations.
Once a payment is made for a hotel booking and you decide to cancel the reservation, Goozzo.com will apply a no-show or cancelation fee equivalent to the price for a one night stay.

How do I cancel a reservation?
You must contact Goozzo.com support to check if cancellation is allowed for you reservation.

How do I sign up? Does it cost anything?
Joining is free. If you already have a Goozzo.com account, just sign-in to your account and check the box on your account page. If you don't have a Goozzo.com account, you can either create an account when booking your next hotel.

What is the Goozzo.com Refund Policy?
Goozzo.com strives to provide the best service possible and will work on behalf of our clients to rectify any regrettable circumstances pertaining to your reservation.

Do hotels have minimum age requirements?
Please be aware that some hotels may have minimum age restrictions or requirements when reserving a room. For example, some hotels with casinos may require you to be 21 years of age to check into a room. Please inquire with a Customer Care Agent or with the hotel directly.
